The discount is 50% off Pro, Business, Large Meetings, and Webinars.

How much is Zoom service without a discount?Back to Top
Zoom offers various plans—a free-to-use Basic plan (which limits meetings to 40 minutes), a Pro plan for 14.99 USD a month per license (which has no time limit and can host up to 100 participnts),and a Business Plan (which includes 10 host licenses for 199.90 USD a month). With the discount code, you can choose to pay annually or monthly to save 17% on each plan, with an overall commitment of 12 months, minimum.

What if our club already has an account; can we still receive a discount?Back to Top
If you pay monthly, you can cancel at any time. Note that if you cancel, it will take effect the following renewal date (for a monthly plan). For example, if the account renews on the 15 of each month, it would not cancel until the 15 of the following month.
If you pay annually:
- If less than three months are left on the term, you can cancel the subscription (thereby turning off auto-renew) and purchase a new account after the current term has expired.
- o If more than three months are left on the term, you can use another email address associated with the club to purchase a new account. That person will then invite the first account holder to join the new account in the process described here: https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/360028938451-Adding-existing-users-to-a-paid-account. With this action, the previous account owner will be offered a refund, and all settings and meetings are moved with them. What will not transfer over are cloud recordings, so you should download those before transferring accounts to avoid losing them.

No, each code will be unique.

Does the code expire?Back to Top
Codes received in 2021 must have been activated by December 31, 2021, 11:59 p.m. PT. Codes received in 2022 must be activated by December 31, 2022, 11:59 PT. All codes will cover a 12-month subscription period.

What if the person in charge of the account leaves?Back to Top
If the member in charge of the account leaves the club, ownership can be changed by following these instructions. If a user cannot host a meeting scheduled under their login, we recommend setting another Licensed user on the account as the Alternative Host. Instructions on how to do this can be found here.
